Attorney Timothy Daly of Huntington, NY; ethical misfit

The state of New York presented Timothy Joseph Daly with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Fordham University School of Law.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee of the Fourth Judicial District found Ruthie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to repeated calls from his client
• Failed to provide client with updates on her matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Timmy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of hia law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2022), Timmy practices his so-called brand of law at 70 Main Street in Huntington, New York.
