Attorney David Bovino of Aspen, CO; potty mouth liar

The state of Colorado provided David Andrew Bovino with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to make all of his child support payments
• Misrepresented [lied] that he was in compliance with support orders on his attorney registration form
• Pled guilty to harassment, a class-three misdemeanor
• Sent three obscene and harassing text messages to his wife’s friend, with the intent to annoy the friend and to prompt her to leave his home
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Knowingly disobeyed a court order (Screw you, said Davey!)
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice 

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits in Colorado sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2022), Davey practices his so-called brand of law with Bovino & Associates PC at 625 East Main Street in Aspen. Colorado.
