Attorney Mark Hamer of Iowa City, IA; cheating loser

The state of Iowa presented Mark T. Hamer with a law license in after he graduated from Drake University School of Law.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conflict of interest between clients
• Charged clients excessive fees (cheater)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Mark practices his so-called brand of law at 2710 North Dodge Street in Iowa City, Iowa.
