Attorney Jeremy Shufflebarger of Fort Collins, CO; ethical goblin

The state of Colorado provided Jeremy Ray Shufflebarger with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from the  University of Wyoming School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Jeremy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to protect a client’s interests upon termination of the representation
• Failed to timely advise client of representation termination
• Court dismissed client motion for parental modification due to Jeremy’s failure to prosecute the matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Jeremy by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Jeremy practices his so-called brand of law with the Shufflebarger Law Office at 333 West Drake Road in Fort Collins, Colorado.
