Attorney Andrew Clements of Saskatchewan, CAN; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Saskatchewan presentedAndrew Clements with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from the University of Ottawa School of Law.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society of Saskatchewan found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, Andy failed to discharge his duties as a prosecutor in a fair and dispassionate manner by intentionally maintaining a prosecution when there was no reasonable likelihood of conviction, to prolong the effect of conditions of release.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Andy by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society of Saskatchewan Committee.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Andy practices his so-called brand of law at 430 The Queensway South in Keswick, Ontario, Canada.
