Attorney Gino Arnone of Ontario, CAN; dimwitted loser

The Law Society of Upper Canada presentedGino Louis Arno with a law license in 1971 after she graduated from Queen’s University School of Law.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society of Ontario found Gino guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to provide required quality representation to both his individual and corporate client regarding company purchase transaction, its credit facilities and personal guarantees relating thereto
• Misappropriated (stole) a total of $27,372.42 representing proceeds of a sale received and held in trust on behalf of clients of another partner in his firm
• Mishandled some or all his money
• Mishandled trust funds by removing said trust funds without first delivering a fee billing
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Accessed and made use of confidential and solicitor-client privileged information, including the files of the clients of another partner in his firm
• Disbursing trust funds belonging to clients of another partner in his firm in a manner that was contrary to the clients’ instructions

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Gino by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Gino and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.ericksonsllp.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Gino practices his so-called brand of law with Ericksons LLP at 291 Court Street South in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.
