Attorney James Liddon III of Birmingham, AL; thieving loser

The state of Alabama presented James Flint Liddon IIIwith a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to adequately communicate with his client
  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Misappropriated (stole) client fund

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license and assessed an administrative fee of $1,000.00 effective March 2022.

And lastlyas one would suspect, Jimmy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.liddonlaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective client for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Curtis will resume his so-called practice of law with The Liddon Law Firm at 1330 21st Way South in 2025 in Birmingham, Alabama.
