The Guam Supreme Court provided Pete Sgro Jr. with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Notre Dame School of Law

The Guam Bar Ethics Committee found Pete guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to withdraw client representation when required to so act
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Supreme Court of Guam punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
