Attorney John Walsh of Portland, OR; slacker, loser

The State of Oregon provided John A. Walsh with a law license in in 2011 after he graduated from Willamette University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
• Provided impermissible financial assistance to a client
• Failed to explain the matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Failed to promptly respond to client requests for information
• Failed to keep a client reasonably

As direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2022), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law with The Walsh Law Firm LLC at 11505 NE Yacht Harbor Drive in Portland, Oregon.
