Attorney Lance Clark of Milwaukie, OR; slacker, loser

The State of Oregon presented Lance R. Clark with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the Northwestern School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Lance guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to explain a matter to his client reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Made material misrepresentations by omission to his client
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Both clients suffered worse legal outcomes from Lance’s so-called representation
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Lance by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Lance practices his so-called brand of law at 1935 SE Washington Street in Milwaukie, Oregon.
