Attorney Andrew Hurwitz of Narberth, PA; ethical gremlin

The state of Pennsylvania provided Andrew S. Hurwitz with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law in another state
• Improperly established an office in a state that he was not licensed to practice in
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license effective as of February 25, 2022. 

As we speak (ca. April 2022, Andy will resume his so-called practice of law at 112 Conway Avenue in Narberth, Pennsylvania in August 2023.
