Attorney Brian Conry of Portland, OR; ethical misfit

The state of Oregon presented Conry with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from DePaul University School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar found Brian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Revealed a client’s criminal record and name when countering a negative online review that a dissatisfied client had posted negative on Yelp, Google and Avvo.
• Brian’s client posts included either the client’s first name, “Yarik,” or his first name and first initial of his last name

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2022) Brian practices his so-called brand of law with Brian Patrick Conry PC at 1300 SW 6^th Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
