Attorney Carl Arnold of Las Vegas, NV; slacker, repeat offender

The state of Nevada provided Carl. E.G. Arnold with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Howard University School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Carl guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Carl’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to act fairly in dealings with opposing party and counsel
• Failed to expedite client litigation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Carl by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $1,500.00.

Carl’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to communicate with his client
• Charged and/or attempted to collect an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to do so
• Improperly solicited clients
• Caused injury or potential injury to his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Carl by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $1,500.00.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Carl fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.cegacriminallaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Carl practices his so-called brand of law with the CEGA Law Group at 1428 South Jones Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada.
