Attorney Christopher Alber of Littleton, CO; cheating loser

The state of Florida provided Christopher W. Alber with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Chris guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Submitted billing to his firm that included entries for work that he had not actually completed (cheater)
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 9-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Chris.
