Attorney Brittany Yurchyk of Doylestown, PA; moronic slacker

The state of Pennsylvania provided Brittany Maire Yurchyk with a law license in 2011 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Brittany guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in multiple acts of incompetence (moron)
• Repeatedly failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to express genuine remorse for her misconduct
• Brittany’s incredible explanations for her misconduct in one matter raised doubts as to her fitness to practice law
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact or law to a third person
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Brittany!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Brittany by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license. 

As we speak (ca. March 2022, Brittany practices her so-called brand of law at 4671 Durham Road in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
