Attorney Richard Brewster of Winter Park, FL; deceitful loser

The state of Florida provided Richard Lee Brewster with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• In commercial real estate deal, Dick misled the seller’s attorney regarding an escrow deposit
• Dick lied to the seller’s attorney that he was in possession of the deposit check
• Dick never corrected the false information that he previously provided to the seller’s attorney

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Dick practices his so-called brand of law at 1089 West Morse Blvd in Winter Park, Florida.
