Attorney Daniel Ford of Little Rock, AR; dimwitted lair

The state of Arkansas presented Daniel DeMotte Ford with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Danny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Sanctioned by federal court in Little Rock
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Client case dismissed by federal judge as a direct consequence of Danny’s misrepresentations to the court
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Made false representations to the court without a good-faith belief as to their veracity

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Danny and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.arkansasovertime.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Danny practices his so-called brand of law with the Stanford Law Firm at 10800 Financial Centre Parkway in Little Rock, Arkansas.
