Attorney Joel Fenton of Des Moines, IA; slacker, loser

The State of Iowa presented Joel E. Fenton with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Drake University School of Law.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Joel guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Neglected client matters
• Missed filing deadlines on behalf of his clients
• Failed to communicate with his clients
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Joel by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Joel practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Offices of Joel E. Fenton PLC at 541 31^st Street in Des Moines, Iowa.
