Judge Kiichi Okaguchi of Tokyo, Japan; ethical troll

The National Impeachment Court has charged Judge Okaguchi with engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was serving as a judge at the Tokyo High Court.

• Commented on a then-ongoing lawsuit filed by the family of a murdered female high school student, referring to the perpetrator as “a man who is sexually aroused by the sight of the woman being strangled”
• Those who were the target of Okaguchi’s unprofessional and insulting language filed a request for prosecution
• Engaged in unprofessional conduct
• On his Facebook page, Okaguchi once again commented on the case of the murdered schoolgirl, saying that her bereaved family members had been brainwashed by administrative staff at the Tokyo High Court
• Okaguchi posted the comment above on the anniversary of the victim’s death

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Judge Okaguchi by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the National Impeachment Court.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Judge Okaguchi continues to practice his so-called version of jurisprudence as a Judge of the Sendai High Court located in Tokyo, Japan.
