Judge Manzie Broxton of Sandersville, GA; dimwitted loser

The Georgia Judicial Qualifications Commission found Manzie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform administrative duties competently (dimwit)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in improper attempts to mediate disputes
• Attempted to discourage parties from filing lawsuits in the Magistrate Court of Washington County
• Engaged in issuing illegal ex parte (one-sided) directives
• Issued an illegal ex parte (one-sided) eviction order
• Engaged in the improper use of church members to perform critical court tasks (Manzie is a licensed pastor)
• Failed to follow and comply with applicable law (scofflaw)
• Failed to decide issues based on proper legal bases
• Stated to court personnel that he would follow the law when the Lord speaks to him and tells him to do something else, then he might go outside the law
• Threatened incarceration to force payment to another party in a civil matter that was not before his court
• Improperly contacted a witness cooperating with the ethics investigation
• Issued felony arrest warrants based upon an unsworn citizen complaint and without holding a pre-warrant application hearing
• Failed to dispose of a judicial matter in a fair manner

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Manzie by the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court.

As we speak (cal. March 2022), Manzie continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a the Chief Magistrate Judge for Washington County in Sandersville, Georgia.
