Attorney John Adams of Brockton, MA; ethical troll

The state of Massachusetts presented P.J Adams with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Suffolk University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found P.J. guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Filed a factually and legally baseless complaint against various defendants
• Failed to file timely and appropriate oppositions to the defendants' motions for summary judgment
• Failed to comply with the court's subsequent orders with respect to post judgment discovery (Up yours, said Johnny!)
• Failed to advise client his appeal had been dismissed due to Johnny’s failure to prosecute the matter
• Failed to provide client with written fee agreement or otherwise memorialize the terms of the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished P.J. by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law in Brockton, Massachusetts.
