The state of North Carolina presented Clarence Randy Pool with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law.

FYI: Former Gov. Pat McCrory was duped into appointing Billy as a 23^rd District Judge in 2013. Billy didn’t receive the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Wilkesboro area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

The North Carolina Judicial Standards Commission found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct brining judicial office into disrepute
• Engaged in willful misconduct in office by serving as executor for the estates of two former clients that were not members of respondent’s family, collecting substantial fees or commissions for such service, and failing to properly report that income
• Knowingly and intentionally failed to report extra-judicial income of more than $2,000
• Failed to personally observe appropriate standards of conduct
• Failed to respect and comply with the law (scofflaw)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the North Carolina Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension from the bench without pay.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Clarence practices his so-called brand of jurisprudence as a 23^rd District Court Judge in Wilkesboro, North Carolina.
