Former Judge Frank LaBuda of Wurtsboro, NY; bigot, lifetime porker

The state of New York provided Frank LaBuda with a law

 license in 1975 after he graduated from Case Western University School of Law located in Cleveland, Ohio.

It should be noted that before he reached mandatory retirement age of 70, Frankie had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for forty-four (44) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Albany area.

FYI: Frankie is infamous in New York for being a voracious, double-dipper who earned $184,731.51 in an annual salary and $103,975.92 state pension at the same time in 2018 and 2019.

In one matter, the Appellate Division’s Third Judicial Department of the New York Supreme Court reduced the sentence for Angelo Johnson to five years based on Frankie’s bigoted conduct. While sentencing of Mr. Johnson, an African American to 15 years in prison, Frankie the Bigot made the following racist comment.

• “I feel sorry for you.”
• “Because I know that if we were to look in your mind, we would find that your brain, your frontal lobes, your decision-making processes are probably retarded in growth.”
• “Because we [Like-minded Bigots] have learned through medicine, through science, that physical mental abuse especially at a young age will stunt the growth of the frontal lobes, which prevents people from making decisions.”

In overturning Frankie’s 15-year sentence, the appellate court stated:

• “Judge LaBuda’s commentary mimics 19th-century polygenism, a racist ideology that focused on the claimed inferiority of Black people based upon now debunked theories of reduced brain size.”
• “It is shocking that any court, in 2018, would refer to this Black defendant’s brain, frontal lobes and retardation of growth in concluding that defendant’s brain was not developed.”
