Former Judge Kenneth Knutsen of Schoharie, NY; bigoted loser

The Judicial Qualifications Commission found Kenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as a Justice of the Schoharie Town Court and an Associate Justice of the Schoharie Village Court, Schoharie County.

• Conveyed the impression of bias against LGBTQ individuals
• Publicly posted anti-LGBTQ content on his personal Facebook page
• Facebook page revealed numerous other posts with partisan political content
• Posted expressions of bias in favor of law enforcement and against criminal defendants
• Posted expressions of anti-Muslim bias
• Engaged in prohibited commentary on pending cases including the murder trial or former Minneapolis Police Officer
• Derek Chauvin

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Kenny did what any cowardly bigot who believed he might have been removed from the bench by the Judicial Commission, he resigned.

As we speak (ca. May 2022), it is rumored that Kenny has applied for a job as a stock boy at the Walmart Supercenter Store located at 139 Merchant Place in Cobleskill, New York.
