Attorney Robert Francis of Aspen, CO; ethical gremlin

The state of Colorado provided Robert A. Francis with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Asserted and pursued frivolous [BS] claims
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact or law to a tribunal (Up yours, said Bobby!)
• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Unlawfully obstructed another party’s access to evidence
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal (Screw you, said Bobby!)
• More than $20,000 in attorney fees and costs were assessed against Bobby for engaging in frivolous litigation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits in Colorado sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year month suspension of his law license effective November 1, 2021.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Booby will resume his so-called brand of law with Robert A. Francis PC at 0201 Heather Lane in Aspen, Colorado in late 2024.
