Attorney Kenneth Walton II of Carol Stream, IL; slacker, loser

The state of Florida presented Kenneth Edward Walton II with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Georgetown University of Florida School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Kenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act
• Used means having no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden a third party
• Knowingly used methods of obtaining evidence that violated a person’s legal rights
• Failed to maintain technical trust accounting records
• After receipt of $5,000.00 retainer fee, Kenny ceased to communicate with the client and only performed minimal legal work on the client’s behalf
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Kenny practices his so-called brand of law in Carol Stream, Illinois
