Attorney Caleb Langsdale of Las Vegas; ethical misfit

The state of Nevada presented Caleb J. Langsdale with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Chapman University School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Caleb guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Acted negligently in handling of client property
  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Failed to communicate rate of fee for his services to his client
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Caleb by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $1,500.00.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Caleb fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.langsdalelaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure that she would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Caleb practices his so-called brand of law with The Langsdale Law Firm at 1800 East Sahara Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada.
