Solicitor David Rod of New South Wales; deceitful loser

The Law Society presented David Leon Rod with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Allowed a disqualified person to engage as a lay associate, without the approval of the designated local regulatory authority (Up yours, said Davey!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Davey practices his brand of law with the Spectrum Legal Group at 520 Oxford Street in Bondi Junction, New South Wales.
