Solicitor Salvatore Russo of New South Wales; ethical ogre

The Law Society presented Salvatore Russo with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Sal guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Failed to maintain trust money in a trust account
• Failed to disburse trust money only in accordance with direction given by client
• Failure to pay Counsel's fees
• Failure to account for monies paid by client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Sal by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and imposed a fine of $20,000.00.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Sal practices his brand of law with Russo & Partners at 12 Smalls Road in Arcadia, New South Wales.
