Attorney Preston Rezaee of Las Vegas, NV; ethical misfit

The state of Nevada presented Preston Rezaee with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Preston guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to deposit into a client trust account legal fees and expenses that have been paid in advance, to be withdrawn by Preston only as fees were earned or expenses incurred
  • Failed to keep funds separate where two or more persons claimed an interest to said funds
  • Failed to promptly distribute all portions of funds belonging to clients or third persons

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Preston by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $1,500.00.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Preston fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.prestonrezaee.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure that she would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. January 2022), Preston practices his so-called brand of law with the Preston Rezaee Law Firm at 1290 South Jones 630 South 3rd Street in Las Vegas, Nevada.
