Former Judge Nino Falcone of North Bergen, NJ; ethical troll

The state of New Jersey presented Nino F. Falcone with a law license after in 1984 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct found Nino guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to observe high standards of conduct so that the integrity and independence of the Judiciary may be preserved
  • Failed to respect and comply with the law (scofflaw)
  • Failed to avoid the appearance of impropriety
  • Failed to act in a manner promoting public confidence in the judiciary
  • Failed to conduct his extrajudicial activities in a manner that would not demean his judicial office
  • Nino was arrested at his home and charged with criminal sexual contact, a crime of the fourth degree
  • Nino was transported to the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office SVU where he declined to make a
  • statement to the investigating officer
  • Nino admitted into Pretrial Intervention Program (PTI) thereby postponing a criminal trial on his sexual contact charge
  • Nino subsequently complied with all conditions of the PTI, and the criminal matter was dismissed

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Nino by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Nino practices his so-called brand of law in North Bergen, New Jersey.
