The Tennessee Board of Judicial Conduct found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Asked presiding municipal court judge to reduce the bond he set at $10,000 for his friend and to release him on his own recognize, something the judge summarily rejected
  • Failed to avoid impropriety or the appearance of impropriety
  • Failed to uphold and promote integrity of the judiciary
  • Failed to perform her judicial/administrative duties competently (imbecile)

  • Failed to cooperate with other judges/court officials in administration of court business

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Board punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
