Attorney Laura Cail of Schenectady, NY; scamming loser

The state of New York presented Laura J. Cail with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from the Albany School of Law.

The 3^rd Appellate Division Grievance Committee found Laura guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Filed numerous false attendance reports in connection with her employment with the State Office of Children and Family Services (PCFS)
• Criminally charged in Rensselaer City Court in connection with her false filings
• Ultimately pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of disorderly conduct after providing restitution to the state
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2022), Laura practices her so-called brand of law with the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board at 328 State Street in Schenectady, New York.
