Attorney Seth Denenberg of Forest Hills, NY; potty mouth bully

The state of New York presented John Wesley Dorris III with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the Brooklyn School of Law.

The 1^st Appellate Division Grievance Committee found Seth guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in verbal abuse of opposing counsel in landlord-tenant matter
• In courthouse hallway, Seth repeatedly called an opposing female attorney a “bitch” after she informed him that she was not ready to
• have a case called because she needed to first confer with her supervisor
• Failed to take full responsibility for his behavior
• Engaged in undignified or discourteous conduct while appearing before a tribunal by using gender
• pejorative language
• Repeatedly denied the scope of his wrongdoing and attempted to justify his actions

It should be noted that previously Seth received a complimentary admoniton for engaging in the same type of bullying conduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Seth and his firm make no mention of his misconduct as set forth above on their self-serving website at www.rhcrlaw.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal this information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Seth practices his so-called brand of law with Hertz Cherson Rosenthal at 118-35 Queens Blvd in Forest Hills, New York.
