Attorney Jason Conley of Grand Junction, CO; convicted felon

The state of Colorado provided Jason R. Conley with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty to introduction of contraband in the first degree, a class 4 felony
  • Jason smuggled synthetic marijuana wax into the Mesa County Jail and provided it to his incarcerated client
  • Gave his client a baggie that he thought contained marijuana wax but actually contained methamphetamine
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Jason by gifting him, with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license effective January 27, 2021.

As we speak (ca. September 2021), Jason will resume his so-called brand of law at 405 Ridges Blvd in Grand Junction, Colorado in January 2023.
