Attorney Traci Bransford of New York City; slacker, loser

The state of New York presented Traci Leigh Bransford with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from the University of Texas School of Law.

The Grievance Committee found Traci guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter
• Engaged in illegal practice of law
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of matter
• Failed to withdraw representation when required to so act
• Made false or misleading communications about her attorney services
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Traci by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2022), Traci practices her so-called brand of law with Robert Patrick & Company at 40 Wall Street in New York, New York.
