Attorney Marcia Meade of Spokane, WA; thieving loser

The state of Washington provided Marcia Meade with a law license in 1980 after she graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Bar found Marcia guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Converted (stole) funds from her clients
• Failed to maintain client funds in a trust account
• Engaged in conduct involving a criminal act
• Disbursed disbursing funds from the trust account on behalf of multiple clients more than what those clients had on deposit and using other client or third-party funds to cover those disbursements
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Marcia!)

Rather than await an outcome that would likely have resulted in her being disbarred, Marcia did what any unethical coward would do, she resigned.

As we speak (ca. April 2022) it is rumored that Marcia has applied for a job as a greeter at the Walmart Supercenter Store located at 2301 West Wellesley Avenue in Spokane, Washington.
