Attorney Kevette Elliott of Richmond, VA; ethical gremlin

The state of Virginia presented Kavette Beard Elliott with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law.  

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Alicia guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain records of all funds received from his clients
• Failed to maintain separate ledgers for each client
• Failed to perform monthly reconciliations of client trust accounts
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Kevette by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Kevette practices her so-called brand of law with the Elliott Law Office at 8501 Mayland Drive in Richmond, Virginia.
