The state of Virginia presented Charles John Covati with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pursued claims that lacked merit (frivolous)
• Put forth contentions he knew or should have known were meritless

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Brian practices his so-called brand of law at 4403 Stuart Avenue in Richmond, Virginia.
