Attorney Kevin Wendorf of Glen Ellyn, IL; lying criminal

The state of Illinois presented Kevin Patrick Wendorf with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from DePaul University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Commission found Kevin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in sexual relations with a client where no consensual relationship existed between them before the attorney-client relationship commenced
• Committed a criminal act adversely reflecting on the Kevin's honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer
• Engaged in conduct involving restraining and engaging in sexual contact with a person who Kevin believed had serious mental health and drug abuse issues
• Engaged in criminal sexual abuse
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Made false statements to Glen Ellyn Police Department 
• Engaged in criminal obstruction of justice
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Kevin!)

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Billy by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Billy practices his brand of law with the Koffie Consultant Group Inc. at 1932 South Wabash Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.
