Attorney Sara Allen of Lake Oswego, OR; rubber check aficionado, repeater

The state of Oregon provided Sara Lynn Allen with a law license in 1999 after she graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law.

The Oegon State Bar found Sara guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators
• Issued checks on insufficient funds account (rubber)
• Violated her duty to the legal profession
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of her conduct
• Engaged in bad faith obstruction of disciplinary proceeding (Screw you, said Sara!)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Sara’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received two (2) suspensions of her law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Sara by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Sara practices her so-called brand of law with the Allen Law Group at 5200 SW Meadows Road in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
