Former Judge David Young of Salt Lake City; ethical dwarf

The state of Utah provided David S. Young with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from the University of Utah School of Law.

The Judicial Conduct Commission found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal ex parte (one-sided) conversations with litigant’s attorney
• Brought his judicial office into disrepute

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Davey practices his so-called brand of law at 1002 Oak Hills Way in Salt Lake City, Utah.
