Attorney Hammad Saeed Dar of Pakistan; ethical ogre

The Law Society of Pakistan provided Hammad Saeed Dar with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Karachi University School of Law.

The Islamabad High Court found Hammad guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Committed grave acts of misconduct
• Involved in the grave act of storming the High Court and/or making it dysfunctional for more than four hours
• Fida had a leading role in the grave acts of storming the High Court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Islamabad High Court comprised of Chief Justice of IHC Justice Athar Minallah, Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb, and Justice Lubna Saleem Pervez, ordered the suspension of attorney Fida based on the complaint filed by the Islamabad High Court registrar.

As we speak (ca. August 2021) Hammad is rumored to have applied for a job as a stock boy at the Al-Fatah Department Store located in the Centaurus Mall at 1 Jinnah Avenue in Islamabad, Pakistan.
