The Upper Canada Law Society Disciplinary Committee found Shahen guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to timely communicate with his client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to provide client with accounting of legal work performed
• Failed to give prompt notice of any circumstances of client’s legal matter that might have given rise to claim to his professional liability insurer

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Suzie by the cheerleaders for attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society Disciplinary Board.
