The Upper Canada Law Society Disciplinary Committee found Suzie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Dealt improperly with funds received into trust from her client
• Failed to deposit client funds into her trust account
• Failed to deliver to her client statements of account for fees and disbursements
• Failed to be honest and candid and act with integrity
• Requested client pay $3,500 as expert witness fee that Susan falsely claimed she had already paid
• Refused to refund $2,100 in unused expert fees to her client

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Suzie by the cheerleaders for attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society Disciplinary Board.
