Solicitor Kenny Wong of Hong Kong; convicted thief

The Law Society of Hong Kong presented Kenny Chun Yip Wong with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Hong Kong School of Law.

The Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Kenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in disgraceful, dishonorable, and discreditable conduct
• Convicted of possessing a false instrument
• The Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Kenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Kwong by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month term of probation and assessed costs to be paid to the Law Society of HK$45,000.00 ($5.770.00 US), and costs of HK$22,000.00 ($2,821.00 US) to the Clerk.

As we speak (ca. January 2022), Kenny practices his so-called brand of law with Kwok Yih Chan at 9 Queen’s Road Central in Hong Kong.
