Judge Donald F. Knab Jr. of Rush, NY; ethical gnome
The New York Judicial Commission found Donnie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Knowingly submitted materially false statements on a Reconciliation Report filed with the Unified Court System’s Office of Justice Court Support in connection with a 29018-2019 grant from the Justice Court Assistance Program (JCSP))

Falsely stated he spent the entirety of grant money as awarded and authorized for particular items, when in fact he spent less money than was awarded as to three of the authorized items

Failed to submit required documentation for authorized purchases

Failed to return unspent portion of JCSP funding to the program before trying to spend it on unauthorized equipment

Spent unreturned grant money to by audio-visual system for Rush Town Court, notwithstanding that he knew he was not authorized to make said purchase
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. July 2021), Donnie continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as Judge of the Rush Town Justice Court in Rush, New York.
