Attorney Charles Scott Jr. of Shawnee, KS; dimwitted loser

The state of Kansas provided Charles S. Scott Jr.  with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Kansas University School of Law.

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Charlie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to act with due diligence
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Charlie practices his so-called brand of law at 6031 Albervan Street in Shawnee, Kansas.
