Attorney David Singleton of Cheyenne, WY; deceitful loser

The state of Wyoming provided David E. Singleton with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as a senior assistant district attorney.

In one matter, Davey demonstrated a lack of candor to the tribunal in a criminal case when he acted with knowledge but not intent to deceive the court in failing to correct the false testimony given by a law enforcement special agent

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits on the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Davey practices his so-called brand of law with the Singleton Law Offices LLC at 1810 Pioneer Avenue in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
