Attorney Merlyn Bissell of Attica, NY; half-wit, serial offender

The state of New York provided Kedra L. Small with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from South Texas School of Law.

FYI: Merlyn previously received two (2) complimentary admonitions and one (1) complimentary caution for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

The Grievance Committee of the 5^th Judicial Department found Merlyn guilty of engaging in the following misconduct

Merlyn’s 4^th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide competent representation (half-wit)
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Conduct was a gross deviation from the minimum level of competence expected from a member of the bar
• Gross incompetence exposed Merlyn’s clients to substantial legal peril, including incarceration

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Merlyn by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2021), Merlyn practices his so-called brand of law at 1600 Clinton Street in Attica, New York.
